Domain Name Investors Guide 2014 – Part 2

Domain Name Investment

1914 was the year when World War I began.   I wonder if Internet would exist today if the Axis Forces had won the war.   Could you imagine living in a world without internet? Without your iPhone or Galaxy! No Facebook, No Twitter, No Instagram! No Domain Names!!!

Good news is that the Allied Forces kicked @$$! Bad News is that Majority of Domain Name Investors park their domain name portfolios to generate an income from pay-per-click advertisements while they wait for the next big cash offer. An offer that may never come!  Developing your domain name would not only increase its value but also sell quicker for a huge profit! Whereas parking your domain name reduces your domain names value and put you at risk for reverse domain name hijacking!

Instead of purchasing multiple Dot Com’s in 2014, I recommend you invest money into a Premium Generic Dot Com and develop it!  Forget about 5 page WordPress sites! They fail miserably!  Develop a custom e-commerce solution that generates revenue from product placement!

If you don’t have the skills to craft your own products than go out searching for talent and be the first to sell their products!  From online stores to unique social networking platforms, you decide! If you want to make millions of dollars than you better get started with your domain name development strategy!

Until my next Domain Name Development Article, Happy Domaining!

  1. Brilliant advice as always from TD. Premiums are where its at. You won’t get anything decent in a straight  search. And if something is available, you might want to rethink about weather it actually is any decent. I recommend Godaddy auctions, SEDO, or NameStrap.com if you really need a truly memorable brand domain name.
