How To Sell Your Domain Names: Make an Offer Strategy is a Total Flop! Avoid at All Costs!!!

Make an Offer Domain Name

Make an Offer domain name investment strategy is a total flop in my opinion! Why in the world would you want to ask for an offer when an End User is interested in purchasing your domain name? Do you really believe that an End User is going to offer you $1,000,000 Dollars for your domain name?

If you want $1 million dollars for your domain name than quote the price right away.

It’s a high risk strategy to ask potential buyers to make an offer when their contacting you for the very first time! Quote your desired price when potential buyers contact you and you’ll notice how quickly you’ll end up selling more domain names!

Make an Offer” strategy is so yesterday!

  1. I couldn’t agree more. Just to play devil’s advocate. The fear or hesitation in underpricing a domain comes from the volatile pricing we see in reporting from the top aftermarket marketplaces. Dot com keyword domains are selling for all types of insane prices. The (now internet famous) 15K Variety.com URDP is just another example of an undervalued name slipping through the cracks. When your dealing with such a wildly fluxuating market, the seller is going to always have a strong inner fear of underpricing and losing potentially major profits. Finding the middle ground before meeting the buyer for the first time is a pretty sound strategy but it does leave room for you to lose out on profits, so what do you do?
